2 Day Diet Far More Effective

Researchers from the University Hospital of South Manchester involving 115 women. Everything is divided into three different dietary groups.

The first group in the dose required to eat 650 calories per day for 2 days a week. Sources of carbohydrates such as pasta, bread, potatoes, and removed all fatty foods. For another 5 days, they were allowed to eat anything you like, although they are still encouraged to maintain a healthy diet.

The second group is also limited in terms of carbs for 2 days, but they were not given the restriction of calories per day. They also may eat at will on 5 days left.

While a third group was given a strict diet. Everything should not eat more than 1500 calories / day every week, and should avoid foods high in fat and alcohol.

Which of those who lose the most weight? Guess what!

The experts found that women who eat fruits, vegetables, and lean meat for 2 days a week, and free yourself "eat anything" for the rest of the other day, found it easier to lose weight by up to 50% more, than they a strict diet constantly. Participants in the diet for 2 days found an average loss of weight 4 pounds, while a strict diet alone is only 2.4 pounds.

Dr Michelle Harvie of the Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention Centre, said: "Although only two days, but the diet is quite an impact because it makes the rest of the day there, lived with a healthy diet as well."

Apparently, self-discipline in the diet for 2 days found to be much more effective than always counting calories at each meal. Interested to try?
