Diet 2 week time Can Make It Thin

Hungry all the time would be so excruciating, so many failed in his diet. But in a certain way, diet can lose weight even though only 2 times a week.

The diet plan is done by cutting your calorie intake as much as 1,500 calories per day, but it only needs to be done 2 times a week. Within 4 months, body weight was reduced an average of 4 kg while diet every day just dropped 2 kg.

"The idea is to limit carbohydrates, but still leaves a chance to get a sense of satiety," said Michelle Harvie, diet experts from Genesis Prevention Center at the University Hospital as quoted by MSNBC.

In his research, involving 88 participants Harvie women who were asked to undergo several different diet programs. Most of the diet two times a week, while the rest of the usual diet with calorie restriction is adjusted.

The first group of the Mediterranean diet with a menu dominated by fish and fruits, as well as calorie restriction as much as 1,500 calories for 2 days. The group that used to be restricted calorie diet as much as 650 calories per day.

Harvie and his colleagues in this research believe, diet is only done 2 times a week will be easier to bear. Although at times it will feel very painful, but there are still 5 days to have fun so do not get bored quickly.

Proper diet according to Harvie is essential to prevent obesity, the risk of complications with various diseases such as diabetes that accompanies it. Obesity itself is also a risk factor other deadly diseases, such as cancer and heart attacks.
