Simply Diet 2 days a week to Lose Weight




Avoid carbohydrates for 2 days, the rest can eat in moderation. See the effect after 4 weeks.

Been much news about how people suffered to get the ideal body shape. Ranging from the baby food diet, occupation diet, carbohydrate diet, and others.

Anyone who's eager to try, would initially be excited, but it's all bad diet will feel more and more weight when it should be run for weeks or months.

What if the diet is only needed 2 days a week?

A group of British researchers claims that women who are committed to avoid carbohydrates for 2 days and consume enough food in the other five days, on average, managed to lose about 4.5 kg after running about 4 weeks.

This research leader, Michelle Harvie, a registered dietitian from Genesis Prevention Center at the University Hospital in South Manchester, UK said, the basic idea is to make low-carb diet, but still give people the opportunity to consume food that is filling.

The theory of this diet is based on research that states, by limiting carbohydrate diet with limited energy. If the energy constrained, it will be difficult to burn calories.

This effort sought to help women who have a weight problem with a high risk of breast cancer.

Harvie said the diet like this can be done to anyone. What should be done only drastically limit carbs for 2 days of the week, and still maintain adequate intake.

According to Harvie, when the diet is not eating carbs, you can eat type of protein and good fats. Avoid bread, pasta, potatoes, biscuits, cake, carrots, and other carbohydrate-containing foods.

When diet, allowed to consume one serving of fruit. Food should be consumed in the low-carb days, beans, green leafy vegetables, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, eggplant, and cauliflower.
